The 2025/2026 season marks the beginning of GNL Classics’ partnership with the Admirals. Nick Grande, owner of GNL Classics, credits the team’s exceptional leadership and coaching staff as a key reason for the sponsorship. Led by Jarrett Rose and Joe Rosa—both of whom share strong ties to the Grande family and have coached Jo-Jo Grande at various points—the duo has built a highly respected program.

Jo-Jo Grande brings heart, hustle, and a whole lot of flavor to the Upper York Admirals U14AA lineup. Known for his relentless back-checking and two-way play, Jo-Jo is the kind of forward every coach dreams of—defensively responsible, offensively dangerous, and always dialed in.
Off the ice? He’s got a soft spot for pasta and meatballs (don’t we all?!), fueling up with the classics before hitting the rink with intensity. Whether he’s chasing down a puck or chasing seconds at dinner, Jo-Jo plays with passion and pride.

Two standout players finished in the league’s top ten for scoring, and the squad made a massive leap in performance compared to the previous year—cementing their reputation as a rising force.
